Office of Research and Development

The Office of Research and Development consists of Academic-Industrial Cooperation division, Career Service division and Alumni Service division. The office’s primary aims is to promote and facilitate research and industry cooperation between faculty, students, organizations, and companies, as well as to establish relationships with firms or institutes that offer employment and/or internship opportunities for our students.

》Academic-Industrial Cooperation Division

Services:

  • Managing Internal and External Research Opportunities
  • Planning and promoting the features of research
  • Promoting commercialization of research
  • Promoting patent licensing, technology transfer and copyright licensing
  • Fostering professional skills of students and faculties
  • Laboratory and Animal Research Management
  • Assisting the work related to research and industrial cooperation
  • Promoting the collaboration between industry and academia

》Career Service Division

Services:

  • Helping colleges apply for employment
  • Promoting freshman with regard to the Career & Competence Assessment Network(UCAN) and funding from the government
  • Executing employment projects funded by the government
  • Organizing employment-related activities and services for graduates
  • Organizing self-examination of the practicum
  • Other matters related to career service
